The installation script did not create that file. The same way as it did not create links for the top_users/hosts in the menu. https://boinc.tbrada.eu/top_users.php file exists. I had to amend the nginx config, because the name was clashing with stats subdirectory. Next I added links to top teams, users and hosts to the menu. It should work now.
