I had issues with my email address "theseeker1942@gmail.com" so I changed all my Boinc Projects using BAM to "petershane42@gmail.com". I could not use this address as it was already in use. Please check the details of that account for either it is an old one or a new one created with BAM with no credit. If so, please change my current Address: "petershane42@optusnet.com.au" to petershane42@gmail.com.

Please send message here from the other account to prove you own it (or email from the address), and I will merge your accounts and credits. Please finish your tasks first, because I will abort them.

A few days ago I had to change my email address and Password. I have lost over 2.5Billion credits overall and 18 projects are not showing in the stats.

All I can say is that despite what you said, I will continue to crunch your project as you can check my recent activity albeit at a reduced rate as I am told by willy the manager of BoincStats that I must crunch every project at least once and wait until next Sunday to see if anything changed Sadly, despite you combining my credits nothing changed Your project does not show up in the stats old or new on BoincStats despite waiting for 15 days including two Sundays, the days that the majority of CPID's change over.. It is sad that a volunteer can not change their email address and Password without going through this hard procedure'

The truth is Tomas that I like your project and I could make available all my 728 threads under normal circumstances. Believe it or not out of the 30 projects that does not line up, I only received two replies from project manager asking if they are using the latest WebCode revision 21603. One wonders if it is worthwhile vounteering to run 12 machines and the high electricity cost associated with it.

It is amazing that when I look at your credits to mine your only accumulated 400+ thousand credits as opposed to mine of over 9 Million. That says it all.

The email notification does not work here (see another open issue :), but if you run boinc manager, it should show up there.
Looking up your new cpid at statseb shows all your 9M+ credits from this project. Also the exported stats show 854e560dad1c93c1f29a56d332f8cd60 having the correct credit. If there is something more I can do, please let me know. CPID is a hash function the email address, and we can't do anything about it changing when email is changed. Password can be changed freely, however.
