Good morning, all my uploads get stuck with the following message:

[error] Error reported by file upload server: file_upload_handler: db error


Only 3 days left to fix this or WU's exceed deadline. Maybe someone on the server side can fix this. thanks

Upload working again, but tasks not getting validated =(
