Here is a GitHub thread regarding the issue that might through light on the issue and help with resolution We've already been warned that the 'GlobalSign Root CA - R2' certificate is due to expire in just over 2 months time, on 15 December this year, and that's number 2 in the new bundle https://github.com/BOINC/boinc/issues/4530#issuecomment-933664532
