Folding@Home can run on the same system as BOINC, but it is not simple. Folding is a lot more time dependent, where as BOINC tends to be more relaxed in that respect. I do not run Folding@Home anymore. Rosetta@Home is working on COV-19 at the moment. Detatching now.
